Couldn't everyone pool their money, give it to me, I buy a car, sell it to you for $500, depending on how good you are at haggling, and then you've got a car and and reciepts?

I got a car and there not realy worried about how much they give you 1500 buck and take your car if they think its worth too much

They don't care how much you bought the car for, you have it assessed by the officials and they tell you how much they think it's worth.

i think the top three cars are only up for claiming IF some one questions them
then the car goes for auction and the starting bid is 1500 and yes you can bid on your own car useing the 1500 that they give you
